Order Processing

All Ruta Jaan pieces are handmade and produced in small quantities. Most items are created made-to-order (pre-order) after the order has been placed. Production time typically takes 5–14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Studio Pickup

Local pickup from the studio in Vilnius is available free of charge by prior arrangement.
If you would like to collect your order in person, please contact us at info@rutajaan.com after placing your order to arrange a pickup time.

Shipping Within Lithuania

Orders within Lithuania are shipped via parcel lockers (paštomatai): Omniva, DPD, or LP Express. Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–3 business days.

Once the parcel has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking link or notification from the courier service.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Lithuania Post (Lietuvos Paštas). Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and local postal services. Typical delivery times may range from 5–20 business days, depending on the location.

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs or local postal services, which are beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country. Ruta Jaan is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Ruta Jaan cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the courier or postal service. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in communicating with the shipping provider. However, Ruta Jaan cannot guarantee delivery times once the parcel has been shipped.
