Ruta Jaan offers handmade women's clothing and accessories. All products are made to order (pre-order) unless stated otherwise. Ruta Jaan reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Because items are handmade:

• slight variations in color, texture, or finishing may occur

• product images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the final product.

Pre-Orders and Production Time

Most items are produced after the order has been placed. Production time typically ranges from 5–14 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Production begins only after payment has been successfully received. Customers acknowledge that pre-order items require production time before shipment.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in EUR (€). Ruta Jaan reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders must be paid in full at checkout using the available payment methods provided on the website. Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.

Shipping and Delivery

Lithuania

Orders within Lithuania are shipped via parcel lockers (paštomatai). Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 1–3 business days, depending on the courier service.

International shipping

International orders are shipped via Lithuania Post (Lietuvos Paštas). Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country. Ruta Jaan is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

Order confirmation

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email. Ruta Jaan reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including but not limited to:

• payment issues

• product availability errors

• suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled by Ruta Jaan, a full refund will be issued.

Returns and Refunds

Under European Union consumer protection laws, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the product. However, this right may not apply to made-to-order or personalized items, including products produced specifically for a customer under the pre-order model.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact Ruta Jaan within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item.

If a return is approved, items must be:

• unused

• in original condition

• returned in suitable packaging

Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
